STATION LEADERS: we have several stations and ideally each station has three to four teens who can serve the whole week. Stations we will have are below: 

• Sing and Play Express

If you love theater, singing, and dancing, and enjoy working with children, this station is for you. Here the teens will work with the adult station leaders in creating and perfoming skits, and teaching the children patricipating the songs and dances for the week.  Teens will also help facilitate Kid Vid which is a time to connect the bible verse of the day with the overall theme of the week through a video and discussion. Location of station: Parish Life Center.
 

• Bible Adventures

If you love diving into the scriptures and bringing them to life, this is the station for you. Each day will have a different bible story to focus on and the station leaders have the opportunity to create environment and decorate the space in such a way that it allows children to enter into the story.  Location of this station: Youth Room.
 

• Imagination Station

This is where the sciency-fun wows will take place and where the saint of the day will be introduced.  We will use jaw-dropping sciency-fun gizmos to bring the daily Bible verse to life! This station will also introduce the saint of the day. Teens will dress up and act as the saint telling the children their story and how God worked through their lives. Location: Junior High Building.
 

• Red Rock Games

If you enjoy being active, being silly, and working with children, this station is for you! Expect running, laughing, a little ordered chaos, and loud noise. If you thrive in this envinroment, then this station is ideal for you. Location of station: Gym.
 

• Pre-Kinder

Children in preK will have their own small group in which they will experience every station, with the exception of Sing and Play and Bible Adventures. Teens will assist station leaders facilitate Imagination Station, Red Rock Games, and Snacks.  If you enjoy working with little ones, this station is perfect for you.  Location of this station: PreK Building.

TEEN CREW LEADERS: we are expecting to have a total of 12 crews with 10 children in each. This means we need at least 24 teens who can minister to the children.  Teens will spend time getting to know the children in their small groups, help build community within their small group, and create an environment of fellowship and joy.

Crews will rotate from station to station and teen crew leaders will walk with their small group, being present to them, and guiding them through the day.  Be ready to assist at the stations in leading small group discussion or reflecting on the activities at the end of the day.

Mark these dates and plan to be present during these work days as we will use them to prepare decorations, practice the songs, dances, and skits, and go over station planning.

Safe Environment:
All teen ministers who are seniors in high school and who turn 18 years of age by May 23rd, must complete the Safe Envirnoment by then.
