The Consecration to Merciful Love is a 33 day journey anyone can do on their own time. Here at St. Edward, we would like to provide an opportunity to spend six weeks together as we pray daily and meet weekly through Lent and into Easter.
33 Days to Merciful Love consecration consists of praying daily with the meditations in the book and using the workbook to go deeper into the material.
It is the insights you will gain from the daily mediations and the going through the workbook that will enhance our small group discussions when we meet- whether on campus or via zoom.
Whether you attend the weekly sessions on campus or via zoom, the break down of the session is the same: Opening Prayer and check in, video of Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC breaking open the meditations and teachings of St. Thérèse on the Lord's Mercy, and engaging in conversation in small and large groups for all to share their questions and insights.
The purpose of this consecration is to help us journey through Lent and into Easter with the consecration taking place on Divine Mercy Sunday.
