Ministry Leaders for sacrament preparation
All adult parishioners who are well formed in the Catholic faith, and have a desire to share their love of the sacraments with the children of the parish are encouraged to prayerfully consider serving in the leadership team for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist for the 2025 process.
Adults who join the leadership team serve children in 2nd-12th grade depending on the needs of our parish community. Ask God if He is calling you to serve in this ministry and be open to what God is asking you to do.
Formation Process
The process is a home-based one that allows the family to come together in the preparation process. Materials for parents and children will be provided to make at-home formation a life-giving experience for all.
We will host a number of formation sessions at the parish. Parents who do not serve as ministry leaders will attend the parent formation sessions while children attend their formation sessions with their peers.
Safe Environment
Reminder, all adults (parents and legal guardians) participating in the process must also complete the online safe environment training prior to attending formation sessions. Please use this link (click here) to create an account and attend the digital training.
